By accessing this website or booking a session with Katie Bird's Photography, you agree to the following terms. Please read the these terms carefully.

Booking & Payment

A session is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and any required retainer. Session dates are not held until both are received. Session pricing listed on this website is subject to change at any time. All quoted rates at the time of inquiry will be honored for active bookings up to 60 days after the inquiry (unless quoted price is a sale price, in which the quote will expire when the sale ends).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session date may result in forfeiture of the retainer, unless there is an emergency. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule. I know life happens & I will always do my best to work with you.

Photographer Cancellations: In the rare event a session must be cancelled by Katie Bird's Photography due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of any retainer will be issued and every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Weather: Outdoor sessions affected by severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Gallery Delivery

Completed galleries are delivered via an online gallery link within two weeks of the client's session date. Fresh 48 clients receive same day sneak peek images. Gallery links are only active for three months once sent to the client. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up their images before the gallery expires. Katie Bird's Photography is not responsible for images lost due to expired gallery links.

Image Usage & Copyright

All images created by Katie Bird's Photography remain the intellectual property of Katie Bird's Photography. Clients are granted a personal use license to print, share, and display their images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be sold, used in commercial advertising, or submitted to publications without prior written consent.

Clients are welcome and encouraged to share their images on personal social media. Credit to Katie Bird's Photography is appreciated but not required.

Photographer's Use of Images

Katie Bird's Photography reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the client has requested otherwise in writing at or before the time of booking. Client privacy is a top priority & remains respected. No images will be shared in a way that compromises a client's stated privacy preferences.

Liability

Katie Bird's Photography will make every effort to deliver a high-quality experience and gallery. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, or other circumstances that prevent delivery of images, liability is limited to a refund of any session fees paid. Katie Bird's Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors in their care during sessions. Katie Bird's Photography is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during a session.

Travel

Sessions taking place more than 30 miles round trip from the Photographer are subject to a travel fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to booking.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a session booking shall be resolved in Greene County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
